By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Provisions & Governing Law

This website is owned and operated by MMB Technology and Technical Solutions, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer’s continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Payment Terms & Methods

We strive to provide a secure and seamless payment process for our clients.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or any other agreed-upon currency.
  • Taxes: All prices and fees may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE federal laws.
  • Payment Security: Card details are entered on a secure payment gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Trade Sanctions (OFAC Compliance)

MMB Technology and Technical Solutions complies strictly with UAE and international laws regarding trade sanctions. We will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of technical solutions, IT consulting, and software deployment, our refund policy is structured as follows:

  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
  • Technical Services & Consultancy: Refunds are only applicable if the requested service has not been initiated. Once our engineers have commenced work, project phases are non-refundable.
  • Hardware/Software Licenses: Returns or refunds for hardware or third-party software licenses are subject to the original manufacturer’s return policy. Items must be unopened and reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that project requirements can change.

  • Customers can cancel their requested service or order within 24 hours of the booking/order placement without penalty, provided the service delivery has not already begun.
  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be made back to the original payment solution used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed by your bank.

6. Delivery and Shipping Policy

Our technical solutions encompass both digital delivery and physical deployment:

  • Digital Delivery: Software credentials, access tokens, and technical reports will be delivered securely via email to the registered email address within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • On-Site Services & Hardware: For on-site IT support or hardware installation in the UAE, our team will contact you within 48 hours of your order to schedule deployment. A delivery receipt will be signed upon completion.
  • Multiple Shipments: Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

7. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • While we take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security through hardware and software methodologies, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any information disclosed online.

8. Cardholder Obligations & Account Security

  • Transaction Records: The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant (MMB Technology and Technical Solutions) policies and rules.
  • Account Confidentiality: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices.
  • Age Restriction: Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMB Technology and Technical Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
